Building Maintenance Fund

The Building Maintenance Fund (formerly called the Capital Fund Pledge) is payable over 5 years, beginning in the first year of membership for all except Fair Share members. New members of the congregation who choose to sit in the Fischman Memorial Auditorium and who are 65 years or older are exempt from the Building Maintenance Fund. The level of the Building Maintenance Fund is determined by your choice of the Main Sanctuary or the Fischman Memorial Auditorium for seats for the High Holy Days.
