Social Action

"The degree to which one is sensitive to other people’s suffering...is the index of one’s own humanity"

Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel, z’l (1907-1972)

Beth Sholom social action programs facilitate opportunities for gemilut hasadim (good deeds) for all members of the congregation and develop and support projects for congregants to work actively towards Tikkun Olam (repairing the world). Join us and help make a contribution to the welfare of our families and communities through involvement in one of our many programs.
